On Monday night I facilitate a group in Edinburgh were I show different audios of cutting edge thinkers and teachers. This Monday I showed a audio of Andrew Cohen and Otto scharmer. The theme of the audio is Otto interviewing Andrew about what processes he uses  to help the emergence of a higher collective consciousness become stabalized between individuals.
There was around 8 people there listening, and afterward we had a engaging discussion on what people thought.
In general there was a mixed response some people remarked that the ideas and concepts that Andrew was using were difficult to follow and they were to intellectual.Others thought it did not resonate with them, while other applauded Andrew for presenting a new ideas of how to engage with each other on the 21st century.

There were three new people at the group and what was most pleasing about the night for me ,was to bring people together and engage in a lively discussion and try and find some common ground for exploring new ideas.Especially when not all the people agree about the ideas being presented. The reality of trying to come together with other human beings in a spiritual context is that most people have differing interpretations and ideas about what even the word spiritual means. The complexity of human relationships is challenging because of all of our fixed ideas and assumption that we carry with us.It is challenging for all of us to try and drop these fixed ideas and creatively engage in the moment with one purpose! to find out what is TRUE.
